Information and Networking Event Focusing on the Disability Aspects of Impact Assessments Wednesday 10th October (9.30-12.30pm Business Centre, City Chambers, High Street, Edinburgh Followed by a Buffet Lunch From 4 December 2006, the Disability Discrimination Act will place a new duty on public sector organisations to promote equality of opportunity for disabled people. The aim of this event is to give you the chance to find out how other organisations are dealing with the requirements of this new Duty. The event will be case study based with opportunities to network and share information.
